In 1999, the company entered Bulgaria with the project of Grand Hotel Sofia-Radisson SAS Hotel and in 2003; Unitermak Engineering Co. Inc. established its Bulgaria branch. Our branch offers complete contracting services in the field of electro-mechanical systems in Bulgaria. In 2004, it signed a contract with HAZAMA CORPORATION on the electro-mechanical systems of the TOKUSHUKAI-SOFIA HOSPITAL project and on 28 November 2006, it became operational as the biggest private hospital of the Balkans. Our Bulgaria branch continues its works on new projects in its own field. |

Unitermak starting its activities in Romania in 2002, founded S.C. UNITERMAK ELECTRO MECANIC S.R.L. of which it owns % 100 shares and undertook as its first project the contracting of electrical and mechanical systems of Bucharest Majestic Hotel additional building. The additional building of the hotel, which is one of the most beautiful historical buildings of Bucharest, became operational in 2003. Unitermak SRL. started its project of Bucharest City Mall, which is the 3rd biggest mall of Bucharest in 2004 and completed this project in 2005.
In 2006, Unitermak cooperated with Electra Co. for City Park Mall project in Constanta for M&E works of the project. During the construction period, Unitermak purchased shares of Electra and completed the project in 2008. Recently Unitermak is serving to the market as SC. Unitermak Sistem SRL. which is owned 100% by Unitermak Co. Inc.

Unitermak started the acitivities in Azerbaijan in 2008 with a small unique kindergarden project in Baku and established a branch in 2010 in order to expand the acitivities in Azerbaijan market. The company undertook the contracting of electro-mechanical systems of Absheron Marriot Hotel in the heart of the city, and which has closed construction area of 68.000 m². |

Unitermak established a branch in Moscow in 2003 in order to enter the Russian market. It undertook the contracting of electro-mechanical systems in the TOBTIM project which is a trade centre very close to Red Square that is regarded as the heart of the city, and which has got a closed construction area of 38.000 m². After the completion of the project in 2004, it completed the mechanical installation assemblies of the CARGILL Russian Sweeteners Plant with the partnership of TEKNOKON. |
